Welcome to Team Spriggs/Roscoe!

Hi team!

We are so excited to be coaching U10 this season.

We will focus our first few practices on team building and getting re-acquainted with our ball skills. Please take some time in the next 2 weeks to get out in the yard and kick the ball around.

In addition to honing our personal ball handling skills (dribbling, passing, shooting), we will also work on some technical skills of the game (throw-ins, goalies, corner kicks), as well as understanding strategies to move the ball down the field.

Be sure to get your kits together, try on your cleats and shin guards, and get psyched to come out and work hard and have fun!
