Expectations / Commitment

The ESFC Select Program is a significant commitment. Our teams compete against the best players from across the region and state, requiring a high level of dedication. Participation in other sports should not negatively impact team practices or game schedules, particularly in Fall or Spring. Any conflicts must be communicated to coaches and managers well in advance to minimize team disruptions (e.g., playing with fewer players or forfeiting).

The Michigan Youth Soccer League (MYSL) and Michigan State Premier Soccer Program (MSPSP) define two league seasons: Fall and Spring. Select players are expected to compete in both seasons. Lack of participation in either season may affect team placement for the following year.
